We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Transcribe notes, memos, and other documents accurately - Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with Navision or other accounting software is a bonus - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong written and verbal communication skills If you are a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
