Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete - Prepare loan packages for underwriting for approval - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies - Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions Skills:
- Strong knowledge of loan origination processes and procedures - Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and lending compliance requirements - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial documents - Proficient in using mortgage servicing software and other relevant tools - Familiarity with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service, and strong oral and written communication skills - Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task - Experience in mortgage industry preferred Job Types:
