Public Agency Transactional Associate Attorney Position

Candidates should be confident in providing legal counsel to cities, school districts or similar public agencies.
Experience with code enforcement/city prosecutor matters, public contract code requirements, land use, real estate and CEQA issues and general public agency contract review and compliance is required.
The salary range is between $90,000 to $125,000, depending upon experience, and the benefit package includes:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
