Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum four years industry experience with four years in a responsible management position process Understanding of outside plan construction.
This is to include all aspects and methodologies for fiber and coax placement, (directional drilling, rock saw, aerial and engineering) Understanding of project management fundamentals including requirement definition, resource scheduling, budgeting, risk and change management Must demonstrate experience in managing multiple vendors, resources to deliver time sensitive projects Must demonstrate experience in customer relationship management and posses the ability to adapt project management approach to satisfy customer's needs Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Word) and an understanding of data base principles CATV experience required Preferred Skills:
Bilingual - English and Spanish Clean Driving Record Experience with Job Tracking programs Roles, Responsibilities and Required Skills:
Oversee the execution and coordination of the overall delivery of multiple projects.
Implement current project management practices, processes and methodologies and propose more efficient methodologies when able, keeping projects on time and within scope and budget.
Lead business/project review meetings, support clients during onsite visits, and manage client communications Drive interdepartmental communications to maintain timelines and monitor budget requirements Discuss key details with Senior Management on a regular basis and present information on projects to internal and external stakeholders Participates in technology aspects of the business sponsored RFI/RFP Communicate customer requirements to other cross functional teams and project stakeholders to achieve project results Perform critical path analysis for projects to calculate, identify and manage aspects of the deployment and mitigate risks Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately Perform any other related duties as required or assigned Excellent organizational skills Compensation:
