The sales assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers and ensuring that orders processing are completed.
Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations(no cold calls) - Maintain customer records and update the system (OMS) - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information - Take Phone/email orders.
Input, update, and maintain sales orders in OMS system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery - Maintain account receivable and collect payments Skills:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Bilingual Mandarin is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology, we would love to hear from you.
