Prior experience in purchasing desired.
Responsibilities Create POs and update our ERP with accurate ETA information.
Send POs to suppliers and obtain updates.
Update items and spreadsheets as needed.
Additional activities as required.
Skills In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of MS Office, and experience with ERP systems.
Analytical mind with business acumen Problem-solving aptitude Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational ability Sage 100 ERP experience helpful Experience Minimum 1 year of similar experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
