Printing shipping/barcode label and packing slip for each load and scheduling shipment with prepare BOL.
Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a regular basis.
Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.
Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.
Skills and Qualification Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Track record of good customer care skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google sheets.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess detail-oriented and multitasking skillsets.
High School diploma or better Bilingual Spanish/English Job Type:
