Responsibilities:
- Perform order fulfillment by picking and packaging customer orders accurately and efficiently - Utilize an order picker to retrieve items from warehouse shelves - Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage of products - Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse - Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment - Fabricate and assemble products as needed - Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies - Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments - Package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation - Utilize software to track inventory and update records Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred - Ability to operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a warehouse setting - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate inventory management systems - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions Languages:
