Job Overview Our newly-created VP of People and Culture role is for someone who loves people! This individual will lead all Human Resources functions using demonstrated extensive experience with talent and change management to lead the transformation of our organization.
Particular focus areas include performance management, training and development, succession planning, and total compensation.
Responsibilities include developing, leading and delivering a strong people and culture strategy in support of the overall corporate business plans and direction.
This individual will provide strategic leadership and drive workplace culture and engagement by articulating People and Human Resources needs to (and executing plans with) the company owners, executive management team and Board, and most importantly, with the entire organization.

Level of Education/Professional Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business or related discipline 15 to 20 years of HR leadership and change management experience Knowledge/Job Competencies Business acumen to be a solutions-oriented leaders with influential capability to develop and align the people strategy with the organization's business strategies.
