This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an HR background and skillset who has some exposure to the logistics/freight industry.
This is a full time position with competitive, non-discretionary bonuses! Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM Key Responsibilities Oversee all HR tasks from start to completion Collaborate with overseas offices to ensure completion of HR, Administrative, and Reporting assignments Maintain employee records within the company database related to payroll, renumeration, healthcare plans, 401(k), and PTO Review incoming resumes and direct them to the appropriate managers for further review Manage employee handbook Responsible for planning and holding new employee orientation Monitor and update Vendor Agreements, CTPAT Certification, and other compliance related tasks Prepare monthly reports on volume and other relevant stats Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, etc.
OR 4 years relevant experience in HR PHR/SHRM Certification is a huge plus! Excellent Communication Skills:
Written and Verbal Some experience in the logistics industry preferred Computer literate #COR1 Job Type:
